Estimators, planners, quizzes, weather displays and troubleshooting tools are general educational conversation starters. Results are automatically generated from visitor inputs and broad assumptions. They are not a diagnosis, Manual J or engineering calculation, equipment selection, code review, safety inspection, service instruction, binding quotation, savings estimate, guarantee, warranty or professional recommendation.

Do not use website tools to select equipment, perform electrical, fuel, refrigerant or internal equipment work, bypass a safety device, repeatedly reset equipment, or make emergency decisions. Stop using equipment and seek appropriate emergency or professional help for gas odors, carbon-monoxide alarms, fire, smoke, sparking, severe burning odors, flooding near electrical equipment or other unsafe conditions.

Weather information is obtained from a third-party government data service and may be delayed, unavailable or incomplete. Use official weather.gov products and local emergency alerts for safety-critical decisions. Only a written proposal accepted by Pact Mechanical establishes project price, scope or included work.
